My son loves those 'Pigs in Blankets' flavoured crisps at the mo.

Not for me though.

Pigs in Blankets crisps from Aldi, delicious. Especially as I've been on the NHS pre-diabetes course and beaten Type 2 diabetes so haven't, until the other week, had any cakes, biscuits or crisps since 12 May 2017.

Now I am having trouble limiting myself to what I eat by way of crisps, they are rather 'moreish' but it is Christmas after all!

Ooh Baz, you've done so well, don't over indulge too much after all this time.

Thanks Mups, the occasional treat is alright as there's far more to the NHS programme than just cutting out biscuits, cakes and crisps. Like I wrote though, it is Christmas after all! Hopefully, and I am sure that I am strong-minded enough, to get myself on track again after Christmas.

Peasnacks and lentil curls from Lidl sweet chilli flavour. Low in fat, healthy spicy and tasty. I love Pom Bears too, cheese and onion flavour.
