Not curing disease, preventing those diseases that are hereditary, or have a hereditary component (smoking and other drug dependencies, alcoholic and eating related diseases as diabetes and heart).
From the dna of the single cell baby the "mistakes" are remedied.
Before the technique will be applicable on humans will take at least two decades. So questions of ethics need to be asked and answered before that.
