I agree.

I think.

So this duck is enough for three meals for two. We had some tonight, off the bone, I just chopped it a bit and put some drops of soya sauce. We had a packet of noodle from a chinese supermarket that had a little sachet of sticky/sweet/gingery sauce included and a juicy red pepper .... all done in five minutes ...very nice.
