Blue Whale recovery??

There have been more than twenty sightings of blue whales in
less than a month off the coast of south georgia recently!
These creatures have been hovering on the brink of extinction for
some years now, if this news is true then it could spell good news
for this, the largest species of whales?
We must continue to protect all whales in order to ensure our
oceans regain their health! All attempts to restart whaling again
must be resisted!

At first I didn't realise who he was but after watching this You Tube video I now know, this illustrates his way of 'always banging on about blue whales':
