Re: How do you get through the day?

I actually sleep in bed for a few hours some days, my son didn’t finish work on Thursday ( he always sleeps over on that day) until 2 am, I was up cooking him a meal at that time.

So I went to bed early last night.

Time to go to bed now
Never seems too keen
To be a guest now
In a house of dreams

Re: How do you get through the day?

I rarely sleep during the day, because it always makes me feel sluggish for the rest of the day. The exceptions are if I'm coming down with something or if I've slept badly overnight, been kept awake by noise or something, then I'll go back to bed for an hour or two to catch up.

I don’t sleep during the day. There’s so many better things to do than being alone in bed

How do I get through the day? One breath, one heart beat at a time, that's how.
