Re: What has been good for you this year?

My favorite memory of the year was surfing the blue Pacific with meter-wide sea turtles and my daughter for three cloudless days in Hawai'i.

I enjoyed another year with the best parents anyone could every hope for.

Somehow, despite a challenge here and there, I ran just over 1,500 miles.

All four dogs are happy, healthy, and living the life or royalty.

My house is clean.

Lost one dog got another so mixed feelings dog wise. Eldest dog got clean bill of health cancer wise again so that's good.
I got clean bill of health cancer wise recently too.

Horrible neighbour moved away someone in Cornwall is suffering them now, sorry to who ever has them. But it's been a nice break for us.

Managed to save enough to pay for caravan next year so holibobs are safe another year, really looking forward to Easter weekend big festival walking distance from our van.
It has been hard for you Julie. But see on reflection, all turned out OK. Long may it do so my lovely. x

2018 Nothing remarkable, generally OK.

OK is good.

Certain family members not doing so well, and becoming more distant :/

I'm alive 'n kicking and enjoying it all.

Moving house, even though it was in a snowstorm with no electric and adopting my lovely new dog. She's made up for all the family cr** that's been going on.

Re: What has been good for you this year?

I've been wracking my brains trying to think what was good about this year...............

I had hedgehog visitors in the garden, and a resident one for a while.

I sorted out and brought under control a few overgrown areas in the garden.

I revamped all the storage space and built-in cupboards in the house so now they're actually functional (only took 28 years to get round to ).

I solved many niggling issues with the house in general.

And most recently I adopted a donkey Here he is
