I thought they were able to hold people longer if deemed mentally they were dangerous, if they are sane they can get out far quicker. Or have I misunderstood that ?

Dancing Dingoes....!! I thought that was one of the great things about New Year`s Eve....one doesn`t have to over tax the old thought processes. Just fall back on all that animal instinct. It`s only for one night, after all.
