Good morning all, colder this morning but not a bad day out. Amber's had her walk and her breakfast, so its a lazy day for me today, give my finger time to heal, shouldn't be too long once the a/bs start to get into my system.

Morning all.

I've had a lie in this morning as I've been up most of the night with the sudden onset of a rotten cold. Must be something to do with the walk along the beach yesterday which hasn't done me any good in retrospect

But I'm still going to the gym today because I have a new routine to begin, so I'll get through it the best I can.

Even more woesome is the thought of going back to work tonight after 12 lovely nights away from the place

A belated good morning I went out early to do some shopping and to stock up with dog food in case the weather turns nasty .

I have bought a load of mushrooms so now off to make some mushroom soup for the freezer.
