Grandchildren

I love my grandchildren dearly .

But not the same as I loved my children with that Tigers devotion .

What do others feel ?

Grandparents have a different role , ie to spoil them rotten[within limits]

I would like to but they already are spoilt by the other grannies.
They are my sons children so I have DILs
So their mothers are closer I suppose .

I dont see as much of my beautiful granddaughters as I would like but when I'm with them I'm at my happiest . To me love has no weight and it has no measure it just is love pure and true so I cant compare really.

I haven't either Tiff which makes me quite sad.

I yearn so much for grandchildren but I doubt it will every happen. I do adore my sisters grandchildren and they love their Great Auntie Bev so they are the next best thing.

I pray and live in hope to one day become a grandma.

I don't mind, I am very close to my daughter & if she had been able to have children our lives would be very different. Son has never had a steady girl friend, he lives here & has no kids either.

My life revolves around my family. Always has, always will. The family includes 8 Grandkids and 6 Great Grandkids. Love 'em all and I see them as often as possible. Can't imagine life without them.

I love beyond belief my Grandson, I wish for more but my lousy DIL said one is enough
