The best supplement for joint health

Does anyone take a supplement for joints and if so, have you found it useful?

I get bombarded with information about all these different supplements which confuses me even more.

I take Glucosamine & Chondroitin with Vitamin C.

Mind you I don’t know if I would suffer more if I didn’t take these every day.

Re: The best supplement for joint health

I was advised to take cod liver oil to help with a damaged knee joint (motorcycle accident), it did seem to work but only for a while as a side-effect was to make me overheat. I just couldn't get cool. Nothing in the pharmacist's book about this being a side-effect but it definitely was because as soon as I stopped taking it the overheating also stopped!

Thank you @MrMagoo. I'll check out Glucosamine & Chondroitin with Vitamin C.
@Baz46 that's odd about cod liver oil. I wonder if its tied to increasing metabolism?
@Tregonsee lol! That might just do the trick!
@Bratti good to know you like this supplement too.
