I whack a teaspoon of the stuff in my porridge every morning, I don't know if it does me any good, but it turns my porridge a nice colour......

I put turmeric and ginger in gravies. Also add them to some of the other foods I eat. I don't know if they do much good but they're cheap enough if bought in packets from the supermarket, so might as well add them. I've got a small ¼ teaspoon (1.25 ml) scoop to measure the powders out with.

Didn't know Turmeric looked like that in it's natural state, d00d. Are you sure that is not a picture of Percy's maggots?

I use turmeric a lot in cooking - never thought of it as a medicine.
