Red wine with everything for me.
A nice Beaujolais, Claret, Rioja, Malbec (in order of preference) Are all good for me....Not at the same time I hasten to add though......'Hick'!.... Two glasses of any of those and I'm anybody's...........Hick! burp!.....
If I am looking for quality in a wine I much prefer good quality red wines, which are higher in price.
If I want a cool drink with dinner I am happy to drink the cheaper white wine.
Everybody's palate is different, so I think it is a good idea to drink what you want, rather than listen to another person's opinion!
I don't like red wine and it doesn't like me, it gives me a bad head. I love white wine, Savignon Blanc and Chardonnay are my favourites.
Me and Foxy would make a right pair, 2 glasses and I'm anybodys too lol
However when I am sitting watching TV in winter I don't mind half a schooner of sweet sherry topped up with lemonade followed by another. At $13 a flagon you can't go wrong. In fact I feel like one now...
I like both a nice merlot...or a chardonnay. I like some lemonade in a white wine...if it's a cheap white it makes it taste better.....I do go off them and when that happens...it's a vodka and coke...but I just take whichever one I fancy
