Good Morning Sunday.

Hi

Good Morning All.

It is raining again, I can hear it on the Conservatory roof.

A day sorting the new aquarium beckons, not happy with the decor and it needs doing before any fish go in.

Have a good day all.

Re: Good Morning Sunday.

Good morning Swimmy and everyone else later, tipping down here too but forecast to clear soon.

Nothing much on my agenda other than calling round to my Mum's after coffee, and the rest of the day will be "as it comes"

Enjoy your Sunday everyone

Good Morning everyone.

Definitely damp here today.

Just made a cauldron full of Leek and Potato soup to have for lunch, and prepared a sausage and mushroom casserole to have for dinner tonight. Will have that with roast carrots, parsnips, onions, capsicums, tomatoes and a baked potato.

Have some research to do - so will probably be square eyed by dinner time!

Have a fun day.

Good morning everybody.

I'm hoping to visit a hydrotherapy pool today to see if the have casual sessions for members of the public. It could be just what my aching bones needs.

Have a good day all.

Good morning from ‘out in the rural sticks’ to you all!

Tipping it down here this morning. However, according to the forecast this should soon clear, with occasional spells of hazy sunshine but the chance of a shower later. Maximum temperature 12ºC.

Nothing at all planned, I will not be mowing the grass though or doing any gardening!

Enjoy your day everybody, whatever you may be doing.

Good morning all

Looks wet and dreary weather today but I won't let that bother me as I'm out with the family and grandkids for lunch. I love family days.

Have a great day all whatever's planned

Candlemas day today, the Americans pinched it and called it groundhog day.

If Candlemas Day brings cloud and rain

Winter won't come again

We've not had any wintery weather,a few frost's a couple of weeks ago and thats it.

Re: Good Morning Sunday.

Good Morning from Foxy's world......

I felt so warm and comfy in bed this morning I tried to think of a good excuse not to go running. I couldn't think of any so I arose, got dressed and turned out into the rain at seven'ish. I couldn't even think of an excuse to make it a six mile run instead of an eight, everything was working like it should, my big toe joint was quiet for a change, and despite the gentle rain, conditions for running were very good, so it was an easy decision as I reached the road junction with the eight mile turnoff.....

Apparently it's called a 'depression' where we are between two lines of pressure and the air is perfectly still, the clouds are not moving in any direction, so the rain just drops out of them.......Hark at me getting all meteorological....
Not very nice for picnicking or working in the garden, but great for running....

Anyway, not a very good time, but at least I could function properly afterwards. Just as well really because while Mrs Fox is out of action it falls on my shoulders to do most of the housework, except the technical stuff like preparing tea for the family when they come to visit later on. With a vegan in their midst it can be quite daunting trying to find her something nourishing to eat...If it were me, I'd give her a ham sandwich and bugger it....
