Re Marc Anwar. I see that a lot of people are complaining about him appearing in last nights episodes after being sacked. Surely everyone knows the show is recorded weeks or even months in advance, so you can't just drop a main line character immediately.

Unless she orders stuff online, but even then sometimes you need a VISA authentication. So I'm struggling to see how fraud can be carried out.
