It was such a shock when I heard you were in hospital. I had you down as superman because of all the work you've been doing on your home & garden.

I was down a bit yesterday but feeling better today and actually had cornflakes and fruit cocktail for breakfast. Strange combo but at least I managed it. Seeing I lost 1.25 stone in the past 4 weeks eating anything feels good
