Re: car clocks

I bought my car 7 years ago in November. The clock was set to GMT and that's where I left it. During the summer months I just add an hour to the time displayed ... better than fiddlin'

Mine's a real fiddle, turning the hands and winding it up, the compass works just fine though!

Re: car clocks

My clock is part of the built-in sat-nav and has to be changed manually. A bit weird when you think how technological a Sat Nav was back in 2005, yet they couldn't get the clock to change. Normally, I forget to change it and it stays an hour out for the next few months, but I will try to remember today.

Re: car clocks

My 14 year-old Rover 75 has a simple system. It has two recessed holes, one on each side of the clock face, that can easily be accessed using a ball point pen, The left hand one for turning the clock back and the right hand one for moving the clock forward.
