Ahhh,c'mon there,Jem!...and you with the most famous gate of all-St James' Gate-right there beside yourself, on the south quays of Dublin! Arthur Guinness knew a bargain when he saw one on offer,Tubby Shaw. I believe it was known as 'The Pipes' by Dublin councillors when his predecessor,Giles Mee, got the water rights???
