That was difficult but wise decision to get help if you think you needed it. Take care and let us know how you are doing.

Re: I've had my chest x-ray

I certainly don't really feel better from a hospital stay. But the other, the unthinkable, dying at home because something was missed terrifies me.

I've no energy although the staff let me out the short distance for a vape is good of them I'm exhausted when I get back.

If you'd actually read the thread for once, you'd find out I was in hospital.

I did, I saw you were home. I also saw you thought hospital was a waste of time.

Re: I've had my chest x-ray

It did look from the first sentence in the post as though you were talking about a hospital stay that had now ended. Would be good if you could persuade a porter to find a wheelchair and take you there and back for your vape. They sound kind there and it is Christmas.

Re: I've had my chest x-ray

It's good to have some company, even if it's in the form of hospital nurses while you condition and treatment plan are still tentative. I know the rest and food are never as good as home, but you need some time to let your physicians sort through your tests - make an integrated plan between them and have it gone over with you thoroughly.

Since you will no doubt be seeing a hospitalist or one of your regular physicians this is a good time to make a list of questions that I know are weighing on you.

Hope today was a better one.

I'm to get a unit of blood (2 hours) then will be allowed home, hopefully the new blood will help replenish me somehow.
