I'm fine - it was a simple visit back to my house for some clean clothes, and to check my mail. I poured out the perishables ( yogurt, milk).


I don't resent the taxi fare money as I am sick and this is what emergency funds are for. I'd like to dig up every cobblestone in Edinburgh, though as every time the taxi went over them my head and neck were in agony.

Back in time for lunch, which was gorgeous.

Yes, of course, it is not that warm.

Good that you can enjoy food again after the long starvation. What did you get?

It was a beef stroganoff (my favourite) plus tinned peaches and custard.

I feel OK - I think that they will have to postpone tomorrow's chemo as I have had 2 sets of antibiotics plus the Neck surgery.

That mass sounds concerning, but I am sure they have some strategies to address it. It must be difficult to have a long stay, but it gives you a chance to get the rest and strength you need for the next step.
