Quick sandwich we have a lot of places we are dashing round today, I'm waiting for them to come back from big dog walk then afterwards we are off to diy shop to get a light fitting for Gracie's room as hers died yesterday.

Yesterday sis and I enjoyed a lovely Toby carvery!

Not sure about today, so reckon I'll either be rummaging about in the freezer, or having something small. I sometimes just have a can of soup the day after a big meal, or beans/spaghetti on toast.

Decided...spaghetti on toast! Sorted.

Same as yesterday. Chicken pieces, rice, noodles, stir fry veg, mixed veg, sauce, cashews. (Left enough for a second meal.)
