Lost for words!
Is the dictionary sexist towards women?That is the title of a BBC news item I have just seen. I wonder how long it will be before dictionaries become victim of the regular drive towards the gender 'equality' we see in other areas of life?
Possibly that will lead to even more problems with creating text when spell checkers are involved, although it should be 'interesting' to say the least!

Let's hope for an early end to it, things do get a bit much all the time.
Something like another area that's always in the news lately.
It will be interesting though to see how languages fare in all this,
many are full of "grammatical gender":
