Bratti, and bees love them too!
Not sure how hardy they are though, may be a problem with
your severe winters? They do cope with the frosts up in
the high veldt in SA so maybe?

Probably wouldn’t survive our winters. Our temperatures get so low that Fahrenheit and Celsius become the same and that’s super gold. Lol. I think it’s something like -40

Yep, they certainly add a bit of colour and, as I say, the honey eaters love them however my Grevillea generally don't do as well as they should - they they don't like the clay less than half a metre below the surface but the Callistemon don't seem to care so much.

Strange innit,we've always regarded Astilbe's as bottle brush plants.
