And the discriminatory `Tampon Tax` of 5% on female sanitation products which was supposed to have been removed this year but hasn't been allowed by the EU until 2022. Hopefully we should be out of that dreadful organisation well before then.

Swim has the sense of reality to aknowledge the negative effects of brexit. He has done from the beginning. Many think that prosperity is awaiting post brexit. If anything, by brexit you gain the illusion of freedom to suffer austerity.
Your mass of average people were played by truth mongers, a historic problem all over the world.

Re: Boris is bluffing.

Your usual empty spiel Solasch.

Leavers are under no allusions whatsoever that there will be immediate short term difficulty and a variety of challenges to be faced. They know this and they accept it because they know that staying in the EU would be an utter catastrophe for everyone as it progresses towards being a totalitarian Orwellian police state.

This kind of baseless rhetoric is along the lines of the Remainiac classic "Leavers didn'tknow what they were voting for" drivel.

Leaving will hurt. No question. We know it. We expect it. We welcome it.

Staying is far far worse. We want no part of your pathetic EU cesspit.

We want to leave.

Yet the EU is doing all it can to keep us in. It cares nothing for our democratic process, it cares nothing for the people of this country or their desires. It cares only about its own self preservation and the continuation of the gravy train.

If the UK leaving the EU is of no consequence then just let us out.

That you won't speaks absolute volumes.

NO DEAL all the way.

You are mistaken. The EU does nothing to keep you in. That is what causes chagrin, you expected the EU to beg you to stay.

As Van der Leyen answered to a libdem mep: it is your problem to solve.
If you leave, okay, if you want to extend, we may be amenable.

Just laughable. Fooling nobody make.

The EU is desperate to keep us in. Hence it hasn't offered us any real Withdrawal Deal. Really pathetic but no less than one would expect from an emerging totalitarian state.

Re: Boris is bluffing.

There was no negotiation, just a constructed fake deal given to May to put before parliament. Plus all teh delaying tactics which continue to this day.

The title of this thread is "boris is bluffing", but so are you.
Just a reminder, the UK asked for a delay in your exit. As far as the EU is concerned, you should have been out.

Now you have the audacity to presume what reelspeed meant.

Like the bumbling trump poodle he should say what he means and then there would be no need for plonkers to put their own demented interpretation on it.

If you where so bothered about pensioners we wouldn't be leaving.
