I'm being treated today to a costa coffee caramel latte and muffin, I think calories in those are enough for two or three says so that's my lunch today.
Pink mashed potatoes (think that was ketchup) green beans, and a vegetarian sausage ( a little too well done) but no complaints it was cooked for me with love.
I took a notion for a Caesar Salad and bought the ingredients yesterday. However it's a lot cooler here today So I'll have to turn up the heating thermostat prior to serving!
