Makes sense to me they obviously have to check that signals are what they seem to be....one signal was a cloud of dust not an alien at all.

I got a strange signal on my Computer, took me a while to decode it, I was amazed to find, yesterday, next door had used £1.35p worth of Electricity and £1.09p's worth of Gas.
