Favourites ... with pictures too!
One of my favourites is proper prawns ... and rice.
I have various ways of doing this. And if we had guests I would make the effort to add extra flavour and colour .... orange, lemon or lime juice/zest, red chilli, green in the form of coriander leaves.
Here are the basics:
Olive oil, garlic, ginger. Prawns, skinned, beheaded and gutted. Cardamom pods and cloves for the rice.
