busy cooking Sunday evening

I've been a very busy bee cooking this evening. I'm into healthy eating and I've made a lovely healthy salad for tea with chopped fresh fruit and natural yoghurt for afters. I've also made some Indian Shami Kebabs to freeze which are quite spicy and finally I've made my Daddy his favourite soup for his lunch tomorrow, butternut squash & sweet potato soup but this time I've added some lean bacon to it and it's delicious.

The mince for the shamis is 5% fat mince from marks & spencer, very lean.

Have I made you hungry?

Sorry Susie, salad in my tum, soup's going in my daddys tum and the shamis, well, sorry but I don't share them with no one, I'm mean like that
