Yes, I am fine thanks, in the OK section on the BMI Scale, wasn't always like that though.

Whilst I am not as slim as maybe I should be, I have absolutely no difficulty seeing my feet when standing up straight.

Yes I can still see my feet, I do have a bit of a belly, am size 14, wished I was only size 12 though.

The BMI measurement is discredited, afaiac. Weight, in itself, is not a huge problem. Ask the England rugby team if they are unhealthily overweight ... if you dare. They are way off the scale for BMI - but it's muscle not fat

I can see my feet with just a little bend .... but I blame that on my eyesight!

Seriously though, it would depend how big your scales are ....mine are only 10" x 10" in size

The cruncher is not if you can see your feet.

For men ... It's if you can see your belt buckle.
For women ..it's if you still go in and out at the waist, even if only a bit .. more an hour glass shape than an egg shape.
