I would just park behind them and block their car in.

I wouldn't, incase they 'accidentally' damaged my car.

The side bollard won't be in the middle,it will be nearer the front.in the past,I have had a concrete block there.

I will block there car in,if they park on my access land,but I can't block the lady in at the side of me,that is why I am having the bollard installed,plus it is collapsible .

I know LD,when I had a concrete block there a while back,.i hit the ruddy thing with my door,the bollard will be a lot smaller,but very tough.

It's probably just as well firearms are heavily restricted in this country.
