Baileys.

I always buy a bottle of Baileys in at Christmas time but it was only yesterday I discovered how nice it is in coffee.

Just a spash of Baileys instead of cream/milk.

It's absolutely delicious.

I don't like the stuff personally but I came across a recipe to make your own:

235 grams (1 cup) heavy cream or half & half.
395 grams (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk.
400 ml (1⅔ cup) Irish whiskey I used Jameson.
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1 teaspoon instant coffee.

Baileys is my Christmas tipple


Ive always had a slug in coffee and hot chocolate and I like a wee drizzle on the mince pies or over ice cream


right now I'm having a glass on the rocks

Another fav is with tia Maria , shot glass of tia Maria with a "head" of baileys, a baby Guinness

Love Baileys just a little tot though as it's quite strong. Love it in coffee too. Not keen on the flavoured ones they seem to do these days certainly doesn't need chocolate in it.
