As for criticising the 'nasty party' how about berating management spending?

An example was my mum coming home last week.
A privately owned ambulance was sent on a 70 mile round trip to take my mum home which is about 2 miles......from the NHS hospital she was at.

Throwing money at things is not always the solution.

The NHS would be over a £Billion better off if they collected the money due from EU Migrants and non EU Migrants and visitors.

It is only 3 years ago that the NHS had to scrap a £10 Billion IT System.

That is management incompetence on a massive scale.

Yes spending has to be addressed but the lies told need highlighting too IMO. I'm personally getting fed up with all parties telling me huge lies and with a straight face too ! We aren't all idiots who can't see what they are up to.
