Quite sure Purwell.The Australian staff here would be the first to report an employer who failed to pay the correct award rates to all.
I'm not saying it never happens but there are quite effective laws and enforcement processes.
Some franchisees of a national (or international) retail chain were recently prosecuted and the penalties were very substantial.
