Just how independent is the independent OBR???

Seems the GGovernment ('nasty party') have been interfering with the 'independent' OBR reports, getting them to rewrite chunks of their reports to put 'government' spin on those reports.

Hi

When it comes to rewriting reports to put Government Spin on things, this lot are rank amateurs compared to Blair.

T'wasn't me who first labelled them 'nasty' - although the epithet is appropriate, but one of their own Cabinet Ministers - Theresa May!!!

Hi

I did not refer to the OBR which I was well aware did not exist until 2010, I referred to the fact that Blair and Co were experts at altering reports in general.

I wouldn't know - I don't often have a need to read fiction -= have better things to do with my time.

They really want it all their own way, so they have to try to spin everything. Can't have us all knowing what is really going on.
