Another Tribunal victory for employees

Workers who are paid 'commission' up till now have only been paid their basic salary when taking annual leave. Following an Employment Tribunal decision employees will now be able to claim their holiday pay based not only on their basic salary but their commission too.

Wonder if he will actually get it though? It's been 2 years since regular overtime was supposed to be taken into account for holiday pay but I don't know anyone who has managed to get it!
