Brexit, where you live.
HiWhere you live affects how you are likely to vote.
It is interesting, some very big differences.

Where I live, our MP is a massive Eurosceptic, raised millions for his Ultra Right Wing Think Tank.
The local farmers and food manufacturers are very Pro Europe.
I suppose it all boils down to self interest.

The map is interesting but it's difficult (for me, anyway) to see any major trends.TBH, I tend to think the whole referendum idea is a nonsense. How can the man in the street find and analyse the infomation they would need to make a balanced decision which would be best for the whole country?

Exactly.
The Referendum is being treated like an Election, pure politics with both sides making all sorts of statements and claims which are purely yo get their own way.
The Referendum is very, very different, we cannot change our minds after 5 years like we can in an Election.

Why did Cameron do it? Politics, more specifically, Conservative politics. The party has been tearing itself apart over Europe for decades and I can't see the referendum being an end to it.I'm hoping that eventually this ridiculous, unnecessarily polarised, two party nonsense may be superceded by a much more nuanced multi-party political system but I'm not holding my breath

Remember these big companies are mainly owned by overseas firms. So of course they want us to sty in as the can use us as a back door into the European market. That would include the Japanese car manufactures, let alone the washing/tumble dryer makers from Italy or even the camera makers. The there is the clothing industry and all those goods from China will want us to stay in as well.

An excellent idea and one that I would strongly approve of. We need a government that isn't trying to win a battle and prove that they were right, but one that is giving serious consideration to what is best for the country as a whole.
