This was just hours after Brussels and Theresa May said we would clamp down on border controls. What an effin joke. Our leaders are quite frankly clowns from another planet.

One of the main remits of any Government should be the safety of it's people. This is being blatantly ignored.

I think you are right but government members are more interested in their own interests than the country. Our problem is that no government is able to keep unwanted immigrants out, without losing face with Europe. Farage may have the courage to do so but he hasn't the strength and by the time he does have, it will be too late.
