"We're all in it together"

Says George Osborne and David Cameron. Except that some of us are more 'in it' than others.

The Institute of Fiscal Studies, a well respected financial analysis institue has produced the graph (below) showing how the poorest section of the Community have been paying the largest amount of the burden.

And I would suggest they are the ones least able to survive their incomes being cut.
