MoJ to be 'stuffed'???

The Court of Appeal are about to rule on compensation for two 'miscarriages of justice'. If the Applicants' claims are upheld, this will have a longer term consequence to other claims too and will result in 'our' legislation being incompatible with both the Human Rights Act and the European Convention on Human Rights. If that happens, Michael Gove will not be a 'happy bunny' because it will blow a huge hole in his budget given to him by George Osborne.
