HATs

HATs were very popular, mid ninety's, turn of the century, but seem to have been wound up now, who benefitted.

There weren't that many around and I was always suspicious of who they sold off estates to, it always seemed better when council housing was owned by councils.

The RAF were quite insistent that I always wore one of their berets. They had the monopoly on them. We weren't allowed to wear bowlers or Panamas.
