Another lying barsteward!!!

The 'nasty party' made a huge commitment to the NHS budget during the last general election campaign. This was a con, (but then knowing the 'nasty party', that should have been obvious), since as it now turns out their promise was hollow and the NHS has received approximately half of what the 'nasty party' promised.

The Tories have cut NHS funding in real terms year on year since they came to power six years ago. Sooner or later, blaming immigrants for the problems is going to wear thin but by then the NHS will be owned by a small group of multinational companies and private health insurance will be on the cards, as the Health Secretary, Jeremy 'H'unt argued for in his book a few years ago.

Surely they would never do anything so underhand as that? Especially as they will shortly have the freedom to rewrite most of our Law without the necessary Authority from Parliament.

Yes that about sums it up, sad some are so quick to condemn the poster and not willing to see what he is warning about.

I think those that can afford insurance should buy cover.
Just as they shouldn't get child benefit.

I know this view won't be popular.

I'm not completely against that as long as people really can afford it, sadly government seems to think people can live on very little going by benefit cuts I wouldn't like to see people denied help if they can't afford private insurance.

Yes that could work, although with pensions now having to be funded I do wonder if people will start asking what they are paying tax for
