I thought this wasn't yet confirmed.

I've heard from an Irish colleague that Dublin has been undergoing a building boom since the Brexit vote. They are positioning themselves as the new English-speaking EU financial/trading hub. Credit Suisse is considering a base there too.

I wanted to open an account with them once .
They refused the reason being was that the amount I wished to deposit was too much for my earnings .
I pointed out to the 27 year old dealing with it that I was retired on a pension but the money was savings from a lifetime of work . Computer said quoth the dumbo .
Meanwhile boss Bob Diamond was rigging the Libor.

I might be wrong on this but was not Barclays the only bank not to have to take bail out money to stop them going bust.

As Ireland also had to do.

All banks are crooks. They all make the public pay interest charges on money that does not exist. It is criminal. They should all be jailed.

I don't think that opening a hub quite counts as a move. ☺
Barclays did have to be bailed out but in order to avoid being obligated to the government they borrowed from the Arabs.

All banks are indeed crooks but Barclays would be my last bank of choice.
