"Britain Will Not Have to Pay A Penny"
DT, which I know may be slightly biased, reports, on page 3, that "Britain is not under any legal obligation to pay cash to the EU after Brexit"
This has come from a cross party group of peers who say the "under international law the UK will not be legally obliged to contribute to the EU Budget if an agreement is not reached at the end of Article 50 negotiations"
This was based on advice from Paul Hardy, the counsel for EU legislation.
