( folks I only ask this question because Tabby is great at getting children to do as they are told..... but she doesn't seem to be able to get one of her cats to do the same )

Aaargh - it was a horrid one!

Junior sales in the 'Ladies' department of a prestigious shoe shop. It was next door to a much less prestigious pub. My first task of the day - every day - was to go down to the cellar - put a bucket of water to boil on an ancient gas ring (HSE would have had a pink fit!) and then wash all the frontage of the shop - including cleaning up any vomit, urine or dog faeces. Wonder how many of today's junior staff would cope with that ?

No - not married. Was in a 'long term relationship' for about 20 years. Ended that in March 1995. Been looking for Mr Right ever since.
