Lucky you got up in time for the thread about Oxo cubes, Realspeed. It would have been disastrous if you'd missed out on that revelation

Re: late getting up

Dog had me up 6 times with D&V, so I managed a lie in until 8.45. There is no way I’d want to get up at an insanely early time! I think I’m pushing it if I get up just before 7. As long as we don’t need to be anywhere on certain days, then no alarm clocks. Just get up when I please. Preferably after 8.

Then I can look forward to daytime naps in bed when I get really tired again.

Re: late getting up

On run days (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday) I'm up at six sharp. No alarm clock I just wake up and hit the ground running. On my lie in days (Monday, Wednesday and Saturday) it's usually about seven when I climb out of bed, although half seven or even eight is not unheard of.....
