Righty-ho.
Donks and you are talking about different things. You refer to the NIprotocol (part of the WA), donks to the TCA. Article 16 is a temporary provision in a permanent agreement, the TCA is still temporary awaiting the grace of europarliament.

While it's very nice of you to try imagining what we are both talking about, you're as usual getting it completely wrong.

Frost & Sefcovic met to discuss the ongoing NI problems, not specifically the Trade & Co-operation Agreement since that covers far more than things relating to Ireland/NI.

"Frost and Sefcovic seek solutions for Northern Ireland Brexit issues" say media headlines.
