Good morning everybody a bit of blue sky here so I'm going to risk hanging out some washing.

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

I've just put my little bit of washing out Jess and its blowing nicely
I did something stupid last night . I was getting my kitchen clock down to change the time . Too lazy to get the step ladder and of course I dropped the darn thing . It smashed and I'm still finding small bits of glass. I've got it going again minus the glass front I'm glad about that because I brought it home from Saudi with me and its unusual with arabic numerals
Thats my excitement for the day

Jac glad you got the clock going again. I've still to fix a few clocks and watches. I was taking my earrings out last night and dropped the back into a pot pourri dish, now I'll have to empty it to find it.

Can you get new glass Jac?

It's been quite a good day here again today. Still so dry. Took a pile of stuff to the tip. Gosh it was busy.

Well I didn't get an extra hour as I had to go to bed an hour later. Had to start Michael's feed an hour later otherwise it would have finished at 6.30 a.m. When the clocks went back.

Another lovely day here, was going into town but changed my mind. Was out in the garden cutting back bushes and scraping moss.

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Took Rob for his flu jab this morning. Sun shining here, driving into Hay was like diving into a foggy bowl. Took him home - sun still shining, then back to Hay for a trip to the Bank and on into Brecon for lunch with the Cathedral Welcomers, foggy all the way. The Cathedral was in bright sunshine all the time we were having lunch, then back to the foggy drive home. The washing has dried on the airer inside, there hasn't been a breath of wind.
