I canīt agree with you on this Julie. Someone who starts a company and employs people, is an employer, he pays the wages and I am sure the employee knows what his wages will be when he/she takes the job. Unless the employee puts money into the business as a shareholder then no they do not have any right to share in the profits of the company.
The employees do the work they are employed to do and for which they get paid, that is how it works. If I employ someone to clean my house do you expect me to give them a share of the money I get if I sell my house?

I have no problem with agreeing to disagree but I am not sure if you think that is a similar situation you get the point at all.
