Most women are, whilst men are not. So, there is a definite difference as to the reasons men and women would like to meet someone new.
Personally, I'd get a dog instead and not put the roof over my head at risk by any outsider who may like to shack up with all the home comforts. It's not too easy to get shut at times.....
Wine and dine, theatre and hols but don't let him share your home... very dangerous !

Well that's a bit of a generalisation.
I'm very capable of living without a woman and have done so since the loss of my wife.
Casting all men as being on the lookout for a relationship as a ruse for free board and lodgings is an insult too.
