I'm able to do my usual today and go for a long walk. Lots of things on my mind, but a walk will blow the cobwebs away

I used to like walking my dog, very relaxing. Now I just sit in the garden and either read or watch the birds, if I am feeling energetic, I poke the flower tubs. Of course if it is raining I stay indoors and bake some scones. The smell of the baking is therapeutic but then you have to eat the scones .... such is life
