LOL UJ, I buy Carr's cheese melts every week. My favourite is to slather Brie over one (or three) and plonk some grapes on top. Yum!

Another of our favourite snacks are Ritz Cheese Crackers spread with grated Vintage Cheddar and Branston for he who must obey whilst I have my Ritz crackers spread with "Seriously Strong" cheddar cheese spread with finely chopped fresh chives or spring onion. Goes lovely with a nice bottle of Red.

We don't have square thins here. Or at least that I've ever seen. Ours are all round.

I found a very nice white wine some couple of years ago - alright its French, and yes it is an Alcace, but I have an affinity for it - its called Gewurztraminer and goes beautifully with crackers and cheese.
